I worked at the intersection of product, brand, and marketing, focusing on creating design impact that scaled.

Challenge
Rossum lacked a unified visual and design language — marketing and product operated in separately in silos, creating inconsistency in design and customer flow. There was no central source of truth for brand or UI patterns, which slowed collaboration with engineering and marketing, made product launches harder to execute cohesively, and left user feedback disconnected from the design process.

My Role
1. Building the Brand & Design Foundation: I owned the brand book, brand system, and design system from the ground up — establishing clear guidelines for visual identity, components, and patterns that bridged marketing and product under a single source of truth.
2. Shipping Product & Supporting Launches: I improved UI/UX across product features and collaborated closely with engineering to bring them to life. This extended to supporting product launches end-to-end, ensuring design quality held from concept to release.
3. Closing the Loop with Real Users: I joined customer visits to gather face-to-face feedback, bringing user insight directly into the design process — and contributed to major marketing campaigns that translated the brand into market-facing moments.

Results
The brand book and brand library I drove from scratch gave marketing and product a shared visual foundation. The MUI-based design system was adopted and refined with engineering, while I contributed to the AI Copilot redesign and migrated marketing pages to Framer — moving Rossum from fragmented design decisions to a scalable, unified practice.
